Just caught you at the Denton Blues Fest. I seen all the great guitar players Saturday and was about to head to work Sunday night and thought I would go by and catch your show. Thought it might just be a R&B revue but damn if you wasn't playing that guitar as good as any of them guys. I won't say better, everybody I saw last weekend was great, I will say ya'll was all better than me though but then I'm just an amateur guitar strangler, lay no claim to being an actual musician. That jazz thing you started off with just kicked ass and then when you got into the blues about as good blues playing I ever heard.

Hey Zac,
I watched your Bluesfest performance in Ottawa a few days ago. I am glad you and your band were there to hold the theme of Blues together. A few other bands played some nice blues licks but you guys really played the blues.
I am so glad that you got your show in before the stormy weather arrived and interrupted the show.

Saw the Ottawa Bluesfest show. If it wasn't that I saw the clouds coming in, you'd swear Zac was the one that blew Cheap Trick (literally) off the stage. Great mix of blues, and I loved the touch of gospel. Great tight band too.

I saw you a some time ago in de Banana Peel in Ruiselede, Belgium, and bought your album 'From the root'. At the moment I am playing it, while working. With a nice glass of beer it still sounds very good too :-)
I think it's a very fine album, great songs, great guitars and vocals. I've got albums by Albert Collins, Freddy and Albert King and Robert Cray and I think you're just as good!

Just met you and your band at "Blue 5" in Roanoke, Virginia on Friday September 10th loved your music. There is nothing like a good live blues night. Just wish there was a respectable dance floor there. I look forward to the next time you are in the area.
By the way Roanoke has "Henry Street Hertiage Festival" each year - weekend following Labor Day, it would be nice if you could book that event in 2011.

My wife,son and I caught you at The Dutch Mason Blues Festival this past weekend. You guys stole the show. My son Colby plays drums for Terry Whalen Band that opened the show Saturday aftrenoon. Lets just say we were all blown away not only by your music but even more so by how down to earth you all were according to my son. So glad I stumbled onto your website! I live in Sarasota FL, and sadly there are no blues clubs here anymore, although the 5 o'clock club does occasionally book "blues"...I have yet to see and hear the real thing there though and would LOVE to see you. I am originally from southern Wisconsin where I know quite a few excellent bluesmen and women from that area. Please come to Sarasota and give me my much needed blues fix!
